Founder and CEO
Sheldon Scipio
Sheldon has led an impressive career as a CEO and Executive in his 23 years working in the Telecom/I.T. and the Merchandising industry. He was named in the Rise and Shine Awards by T.S.T.T for Excellence in Service and working beyond the call of duty. Sheldon has also had motivational articles published in Addicted to Success and Elephant journal.
Serving as the CEO at PIN-IT USA LLC, Sheldon plays a major role in creation, development, and strategic planning. Through his commitment to this role, he has helped PIN-IT USA sign MOU's to have a marketing portfolio of established international companies, assets, personalities, investors/lenders and license agreements.
Prior to his current role at PIN-IT USA, Sheldon worked as CEO at Mercuri Caribbean Ltd, leading the USB Models team successfully for 5 years, the I.T. division installing of VM Ware, Mobile Banking and developing the idea of a Pan African Film Festival among other ideas. Before founding the Mercuri Caribbean Ltd team, he was Training Officer / BlackBerry Support Officer at TSTT from 2003-2008.
COO
Duval Zimmerman
In his role as COO Duval oversees a host of daily operations, including activities related to each of the business’s departments. He also administers guidance and direction for the HR, legal and other departments.
Duval is Goal-oriented and results-driven to achieve not only the day-to-day objectives that support PIN-IT's daily operations, but the larger goals of the CEO and general business as well.
In his spare time Duval is a part of the Nationwide "We Believe" Basketball academy and manages several professional players as well as providing guidance to players at all levels.

Dainelle La Vende
Dainelle La Vende is a graduate in Behavioural Sciences from University of
the Southern Caribbean. In addition to her role, she also serves on our Board
of Directors.
Born on the sunny shores of Trinidad and Tobago, Dainelle immensely
enjoyed working in the Ministry of Social Development as a Recertification
Officer. From her field experiences she would have been inspired to do more
than the job required to assist families in need. Some of the hindrances she
saw in this capacity engulfed her natural compassion and empathy to inspire
and empower families, especially women wherever she may go.
In addition to her deep compassion, Dainelle has extensive corporate
experience that serves well in any capacity she’s called into. Some of her
qualities are, but certainly not limited to are; dedicated, assiduous, confidential,
dependable to name a few. Her personal aspirations are centered around
human development and promoting humanity with the desire to alleviate
poverty. This resonates well in PIN-IT USA’s overall objective, “To be a friend
in found by activating the power of human kindness globally”.
Global Strategic Advisor
Clark Squires
Clark has been President, COO, SVP and Director of leading American and Canadian companies involved in the development and management of hotels, technology and commercial real estate.
Over his career Clark has secured investment, leased thousands of square feet of commercial real estate, landed major contracts across the globe for hotel provisioning software and digital media and helped develop & manage numerous hotels in USA and Canada.
Clark is certified by Cornell University Hotel Real Estate Program. Clark is past Vice-Chair and Corporate Director of the Atlantic Provinces Chambers of Commerce with over 100 Boards of Trade and Chambers of Commerce with over 15,000 members. Clark studied Regional & Urban Development and Marketing at Saint Mary's University and understands the importance of running a successful business for investors and clients.

Our Director of European Business is also one of our founding members having worked with the CEO on various Global Technology projects previously.

Together it was their vision to bring Homing-Pin to the Caribbean but always with a view to expand into, and eventually conquer, the Global Market.
​
He has more than 30 years of Global Business sales and management expertise and has built and / or managed businesses in most countries in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
​
Outside of work he is a father to 3 wonderful children, a published author in the Healthcare and Wellness sector, an announcer and interviewer in the Combat Sports World.
His real passion is growing and helping people.
VP of Administration
David Babbush
David attended the University of Arizona and gained a Bachelor of Arts & Science, Radio and Television.
He went straight from University to become the Managing Partner of a Pride Bakeries - Panera Bread Franchisee where he managed a team of 400 and was responsible for $25m per month in sales.
He left to become Director of Operations for Eleven City Diner again delivering huge success in this role he then gained further experience as Director of Office Administration and Business Development at Diamond Face Institute and then COO and Executive Director at M3Linked Los Angeles Franchisee where again he shone in being responsible for driving financial performance.

Despite being on the forefront of a one-of-a-kind networking platform, he is not all work and believes that a certain amount of downtime is essential to recharge the batteries. David is also a dedicated husband and dad. He has been married for 26+ years to Debbie and has two beautiful daughters, Lexie, who is 22 and started her career at KPMG in October 2021 in Los Angeles, and Sydney, 18, who is beginning her journey as she enters young adulthood at University of Arizona.
